The Taiwan Railway Administration’s “Dalin Station Cross-Station New Construction Project (Electromechanical Section)“, starting from the concepts of “safety”, “ecology” and “humanities”, and working hard on “quality”, “cost”, and “construction period” The control is the goal we strive to pursue. This project is “small and beautiful”, showing the image of traditional railways with affinity, convenience and service. It is a model for the sustainable operation of our 219 stations. The Taiwan Railway Administration is willing to create a better vision with everyone!
The open roof of the large scaffolding provides a comfortable space for natural shade and ventilation; the design of the double-layer roof maximizes the thermal insulation effect; the roof leaning to the south can not only collect rainwater for reuse, but also welcome the local heat Install solar panels to absorb the sunlight. Building materials derived from nature can save energy and reduce carbon thus becoming a model of sustainable operation of the station.
