The Tainan Public Library Project located in the old site of Yongkang Artillery School next to Daqiao Development Area. This two area will be Yongkang Cultural and Creative Park. Public facilities in the park will provide recreational space for the surrounding community. Yonkang Transit Center will be right beside Yongkang interchange located at the north of the project site. The transit center will improve traffic jam around Yonkang interchange and hopefully promote Yonkang city development.
