Recognizing the importance of playing, learning, and overcoming challenges, the design incorporates these developmental stages—foundation, enrichment, and growth—into the architectural layout, ensuring spaces that cater different age groups and needs.
Situated at the New Taipei City Banqiao District’s transportation hub, making it visible from both the vast Wanping Park and the City Hall Plaza. An external circulatory path that directs visitors coming from the public transportation network to the second floor entrance, where they can directly access the main lobby of the museum has been designed . The outdoor walkway also connects the northern plaza with the southern park, creating a continuous loop of activity.
