The site is located adjacent to the Weigeng Canal, offering stunning views. The new public housing development seamlessly integrates park planning, with the building facade that inspired by Luzhou’s natural resources and cultural heritage. The harmonious blend of nature and building creates a distinctive natural ambiance, showcasing a fresh and vibrant image for Luzhou.
Open The Community and Share The Resources
The new development consists of two buildings. To preserve neighborhood views and minimize the sense of building mass, the distance between the two towers has been maximized. The lobby functions as a “living room,” seamlessly connecting the neighborhood to the park. The sidewalks and plaza are set back to create open spaces for the community and safer pedestrian walkways.
