This project reflects the company’s commitment to globalization, innovation, and sustainability, emphasizing resource integration, green creativity, and renewable energy to create healthy, energy-efficient living spaces.
環境設計延續
The site is located in the second phase of the Kaohsiung Nanzi Processing Export Zone, south of the first phase. The building is set back over 4 meters from the property line, creating green, pedestrian-friendly streetfront areas. It features seven floors, each 5 meters high, with a total height of 36.2 meters. A large green plaza with trees and shrubs is reserved on the north side, bridging the first and second phases and mitigating the building’s environmental impact.
The R&D building design aligns with Kaohsiung’s subtropical monsoon climate, incorporating solar energy, rainwater recycling, recyclable and renewable materials, and greening initiatives to reduce its carbon footprint, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability.
