TYPOLOGY
The project adopts a people-centered approach, linking park trails into a natural network while integrating new buildings to foster a cohesive community. The smart housing utilizes the science park’s technologies to enhance living with flexible and open designs.
The residential area, from Jingxin Lake to the southern site, features a white and gray palette that harmonizes with Huang Yonghong’s lake landscaping and maintains a balanced architectural aesthetic.
The architecture harmonizes with its surroundings, featuring a white-gray palette consistent with the Jingxin Lake landscaping designed by Huang Yonghong. From Jingxin Lake to the southern residential areas, the project ensures a visually cohesive and tranquil environment.
