The courtyard with ponds and dense tropical plants act as mediator between the hot weather and cool interior space. The lab and factory blocks are both double-skinned with fine aluminum screens and green walls respectively. The educational block is capped by an extensive wood-structure roof topped with 36 kwp of solar modules. This building complies with Taiwan green building Diamond Grade Standard and Intelligent Building Standard. It demonstrates an Industrial Center design in a new era and will become a hub to attract talents in the region.
